KOKORO
WELLNESS
CENTER

Kokoro Volleyball supports athlete training with direct services for strength and conditioning training, physical therapy and recovery, and mental strength coaching. We also connect athletes, and families, with optional services to support the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

Kokoro Wellness Center will also be open to the public for several of our services that will help support the community, strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and raise the spirit.

Check out our Valued Partners below.

Come ready to surrender to a new experience that is not only a "workout, it is a work-in." All yoga classes will include pranayama (yogic breathing), asana (yoga poses), and guided meditation. Both body and mind will be stretched in an experience that is unique to you.

"Yoga does not transform the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees." - b.k.s iyengar

Kokoro Volleyball has partnered with Andrew and Loon State Physical Therapy since 2022. Athletes that compete with us during the club season are able to meet weekly for 30 minute sessions to heal after injury. Athletes can also schedule more training with LSPT as needed.

Kokoro has partnered with Cassie and Peak MN-TALITY since 2022. Cassie trains teams monthly on mental strength and toughness, mental awareness, and being present to face challenges and opportunities. Athletes can schedule further training on their own.

Since 2019, we have partnered with ETS and Coach Faryn. All athletes who are a part of our club season will train with ETS a minimum of twice a week. Athletes can schedule their own training times around their practice schedules or on other nights that fit their schedule.
