The ETS Fall League Total Performance program focuses on linear and lateral speed development, relative strength, deceleration mastery, injury prevention, and focuses on maximum effort strength & power development training for athletes to establish a foundation for athletic success.


The Kokoro ETS Fall League Total Performance Program will consist of up to 3x per week, 60 minute long training sessions starting August 31 - October 31.
