Competition Experience 

Mike played volleyball through out high school in California at the University of San Diego High school from 2002-2006.  As a founding member of the University of St Thomas men's club volleyball team he played two years of collegiate volleyball from 2008-2010.

Coaching Experience  

Currently Mike is in his third year as the Head Varsity Coach at White Bear Lake High School.  Over the past 11 years Mike as coached at the high school and club levels, most recently as the 16 Regional coach for Kokoro this past winter.

Educational Background  

Mike earned a bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of St Thomas, graduating in 2010.

Mike works as a School Social Worker in the Mounds View School district at Snail Lake Kindergarten Center.

Something Interesting About Mike

Mike's daughter Eilish, an avid volleyball spectator and staple in the White Bear gym, will turn two in January and second baby will be joining the family in March.
