ETS Performance
With Coach Faryn
The ETS Total Performance program focuses on linear and lateral speed development, relative strength, deceleration mastery, injury prevention, and focuses on maximum effort strength & power development training for athletes to establish a foundation for athletic success.

The Kokoro Total Performance will consist of a minimum of two and maximum of three training sessions per week.

2023 Kokoro Summer Training Membership #1
(22-23 club athletes + siblings welcome)
WHEN: June 12th-August 11th
(NO SESSIONS JULY 3rd + 4th)
PAID IN FULL: $350/per athlete
SESSIONS: M-Friday
(up to 4x sessions per week)
TIMES: schedule on your own within the hours of M+Wed 11am-8pm, Tues+Thurs 11am-7pm, Friday 8am-12pm.

(NO SESSIONS JULY 3rd + 4th)
PAID IN FULL: $125/per athlete
SESSIONS: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
(up to 2x sessions per week)
TIMES: 6pm-7pm
