The ETS Total Performance program focuses on linear and lateral speed development, relative strength, deceleration mastery, injury prevention, and focuses on maximum effort strength & power development training for athletes to establish a foundation for athletic success.
The Kokoro Total Performance will consist of a minimum of
2 and maximum of 3 training sessions per week.
2021 Summer NEW Kokoro Athletes
All athletes new to Kokoro can train with ETS at an outstanding rate. Add to your camp or summer league experience by attending up to 2 sessions of ETS Performance per week.
The week of July 5th will consistent of one assessment/orientation session.
WHEN: July 5th - August 13th
SESSIONS: Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday
FREQUENCY: up to 2x per week (2 recommended)
Current Kokoro Athletes and Siblings
Any returning (2020-21 Regular Club Season) Kokoro athletes and siblings interested in continued ETS Performance training, after the final regular season training date of Saturday, July 10, should register at the below link.
