ETS Performance

With Coach Faryn 

The ETS Total Performance program focuses on linear and lateral speed development, relative strength, deceleration mastery, injury prevention, and focuses on maximum effort strength & power development training for athletes to establish a foundation for athletic success. 

 

The Kokoro Total Performance will consist of a minimum of

2 and maximum of 3 training sessions per week.

2022 Summer ETS

Keep Your Training Going or Start As A New Athlete - Two Options

The 2022 Kokoro Summer Training Membership #1

21-22 Returning Kokoro club athletes and siblings

 

When         June 13th - August 12th   *NO SESSIONS July 4th-8th

Cost           $300/each athlete

Sessions     Monday-Friday (up to 4x sessions per week) 

Times          TBD 

Jumpstart Summer 2022 Kokoro Total Performance

NEW ATHLETES ONLY

 

When         July 11th - August 10th   *NO SESSIONS July 4th-8th

Cost           $150/each athlete

Sessions     Monday-Wednesday (up to 2x sessions per week) 

Times          6-7pm
