STRENGTHEN THE BODY.
We strive to deliver the highest quality performance in everything we do by taking care of how we fuel our bodies, train, recover, and rest. All athletes train with a certified ETS performance trainer. Club season athletes train each week with specialized support for each individual to make substantial physical gains. Loon State Physical Therapy ensures athletes stay on track through individual injury recovery.
CHALLENGE THE MIND.
We push past the many distractions that pull us into the future or tie us to past events. We are present where our feet are. All our athletes train with a certified mental strength coach. Club season athletes train a minimum of 1x a month with their teams in individual and group development. Yoga and mindfulness training are optional for athletes 'beyond the court' development.
RAISE THE SPIRIT.
Our abilities as a teammate, a clubmate, and a member of our surrounding community will be enhanced through collaboration, acts of support, and service. Our athletes will be engaged and active on the sidelines, cheer for our club’s teams at their matches, and volunteer in our community. These actions raise our spirit and, more importantly, the spirit of those around us.
